Seeing as how Harlan Sanders started that in 1930 and the first franchise was in 1952 and in Salt Lake City, Utah, it makes someone very old if he ate at one in 1930. Sanders sold it to former Governor John Y. Brown in 1964 along with some other investors who really made it more popular .
Lol. Heck KFC is all over Asia, Europe and other countries. Kiev, Ukraine had 13 McDonald's at one time.
1968, 4 years old by your post. It was fairly new then, the franchise we are all familiar with today. I never heard of them before. There were none in the northeast.
