Thanks for the tip, I'm still deciding if I want a turtle. it would have to be a Russian Tortoise for easier care, and they don't get too large in size.

No way, cleaning a tank is too much trouble, I'd rather clean up dirt in some type of pen for the turtle. but I ould like to give the turtle as much space as possible, possibly a whole room.

Jon Stewart was the guy that started the turtle schtick because Bytch talks just like Cecil Turtle, the 1940s Warner Bros cartoon character that was paired against Bugs Bunny in WB's rendition of "The Tortoise vs the Hare"...

I know nothing of this guy either, will have to read up. Anyway who cares about his personnal life as long as he serves the people.
