I'm jealous (in a way) we don't have a Mexican, Chinese or even a decent restaurant/diner for miles and miles (the nearest bigger city is 60 miles away ~ Pocatello) but I wouldn't trade livin in these rural mountains for anything.
Well, we didn't have either. Lol, ended up at the grocery store and bought a salad for me to eat. I would love to live in the country and some day will.
