Attempted obstruction is obstruction. Not that it needed to be explained, any rookie street cop can tell you that, but it was.
Testimony, and the report, shows that trump attempted obstruction and was only stymied by underlings who refused to act on his orders.
By the same token, the trump campaign attempted to collude with Russia. They were (maybe) not successful but that makes it no less damning.
Of course they can't be legally charged with collusion but they certainly should be held politically accountable for it. Every red-blooded American should be screaming for trump's political head for that alone.
How is that attempted obstruction? If I told or ordered you to rob a bank and you didn't, that would be attempted bank robbery?
Collusion? Are you referring to finding dirt? That actually happened when the DNC hired Fusion GPS.
Or are you referring to the second Trump Tower deal? That died when Trump was elected. I don't think even Trump expected to win.
