I can assure you that they are not actors, Jackie, not when they are built with hardware and programing.
But they were designed in mind for customers who want to have someone in bed whenever they want. A slave of sorts, but they are not AI.
These sex bots are bots, but the other video looks like actors to me.
Im sure no matter how humanlike these things may get we would be able to tell the difference.
