Anyway, we dont want corrupt evil people controling these things, Its not AI I am concerned with, its the corrupt people in power that bothers me programming these things to do what they want. We must stay on top of this. Like everything wlse, there are pros and cons to this too!

They are not actors, but computers having a chat. However, they are not AI Intelligence's either. Programming. In this case of Googles Anna, along with her programming she has algorithms that don't always anticipate the best response.
So you and I agree on this.
The corruption of AI will start with those in power that wants it for personal gain. They love having slaves to do their bidding, so we're in agreement.
