I do this same very exact thing with my socks, same with underwear, I used to fold them in the drawer, now I just throw them in my underwaer drawer, saves time. My mom irons her bed sheets lol.
Funny... I used to fold my socks and underwear... then I wondered why and so I started to just throw them in the drawer. I always folded my handkercheifs until just last week when I decided they didn't need folding either... it is so crazy how we grow up doing what our parents always did, because their parents did. What new freedom we now enjoy! LOL
