Probably very old fashioned and not keen on change, I suspect. Besides, I think that public WiFi is not nearly as safe as your own with so many hackers about, so I stay on the tower even when I’m in a hospital.
It pays to have unlimited data. 😁
Exactly.

Yeah but do they always work is the question.
I have never had a problem using my cellphone anywhere but then I have Verizon as my carrier. I also have onstar in SUV. A lot of vehicles come equipped with onstar so that is handy to have.

Does anyone else remember the old wooden box wall phones? It had a hand crank which you turned to make a call by making several long turns or short turns depending on the phone number. It was a party line where several other neighbors were included. You had to listen to the number and lengths of rings to see if the call was for you... if not it was for someone else on the party line. Anyone on the party line could pick up and listen in on any conversation. Remember or am I just old?

We didn't have that kind of phone but did have a party line with my grandparents. We finally got my dad to get rid of the party line because my grandmother would listen in on my conversations.  We broke her of that when my boyfriend at the time and I talked about having sex. We didn't but it broke her of listening in on our conversations  and my mom loved it. She helped me come up with it. Hahahaha

We had a sump pump in the basement. One summer I went down to the creek... and I cought around a dozen garder snakes. I brought them all home and set up the perfect home for them in the basement in an aquariam. I loved my snakes.

Then Mom approached me one day and said that the snakes had all escaped and slithered out the sump pump and out the drain. I think she was telling me a story just to get rid of my snakes.

We had a well that every time you walked by it a big black snake would be out. I hate snakes but I never kill a black snake because they kill poisonous snakes.

Anyone else ever see somone and you have to take another look trying to figure out if it is a man or woman? Saw this guy at Walmart awhile back who was wearing his hair in pigtails one on each side of his head... one was dyed pink and the other blue... I think he was wearing a Scottish kilt too. Then today we went to Steak & Shake and saw a woman sitting there the whole time... but when she got up to leave I saw she was the same pigtail guy from Walmart. Very interesting person.

He long hair and beard and was wearing a Bush Beer 12 pack box on top of his head like a top hat... was also wearing a knee length skirt and tennis shoes. I turned my gaze from that sight to the people in the next booth... who said "He's the town crazy" as if this was a completely normal sight in their town.

Anyone else know if law requires that we have our turnsignals on in a turn lane? To me it seems obvious and uncessary... and I find the blinking sound very annoying.

I guess its the  towers that have issues more than  the phones? I just have a track phone, I like that I don't get a bill, and I don't use it that much. I have onstar also, but need to read the manual on how to use it, gld to hear it's reliable for you.

Didn't you check to see if the snakes were ok? You said your mom may have been joking. So what happened? Were the snakes still there?
