The vegetables would have to be grown in bubbles also. Mars atmosphere is not conducive for growing or living there even with bubbles. Did you not have science in school that explains why no one can live on Mars due to its proximity to the Sun?
Of coarse the vegetables would have to be grown in sealed bubbles, that's what I said.
