Trump yanks sanctions
« on: March 22, 2019, 10:38:30 pm »
Once again Trump has proven himself to be a traitor to America. Yanking sanctions against N. Korea because he has a man crush on the dictator, typical of someone with the weak morals and inability to keep his pants zipped, idiot

Agreed! Trump seems to love dictators - everywhere!

A class act idiot that I have no doubt was paid off by the dictator to lift those very sanctions. But he has a long history of bribery and theft.

The true goal NK wants is the U.S. Military out of S Korea. NK has been at war with us since 1950 because of our presence there...

However, are we to turn a blind eye to the free nation of South Korea for the sake of Putin?

This is what Putin wants is to control all of that region while Trump gets rich off this corporate news spin.

I have been to South Korea, they love us over there and they do not want us gone but those people you mention could influence Trump to make decisions like that but he may lose his key defense people over such decisions just like he lost his Defense Secretary awhile back...

Hmmmm ..... Harry Truman, a Democrat mind you, got us involved with Korea.

Copy/paste
Soon after succeeding to the presidency he authorized the first and only use of nuclear weapons in war.
Truman oversaw the Berlin Airlift of 1948. When Communist North Korea invaded South Korea in 1950, he gained United Nations approval for the very large policy action known as the Korean War. It saved South Korea but the Chinese intervened, driving back the UN/US forces and preventing a rollback of Communism in North Korea.

The war ended in 1953 and was the decision of Ike and his GOP congress of that year to keep troops there and no succeeding admin disagreed with that. It was the right decision, US has troops in Germany and Japan ever since WWII as well. Truman was unpopular his final year but history put him in a much better light...

Do note that Truman got approval by UN before going there, just like every other major  conflict this country had taken until the Iraq War of 2003, which was unnecessary...

I wished there was no nuclear bomb ever created. This things can wipe Earth out of the solar system...

All I'm saying guys is that it was Truman that got us involved in the police action.
I'm not suggestion it was right or wrong, but Trump if having to still deal with it, America is still involved.

We can't change history, only learn from it. Does anyone really want to have another war?
I think what Trump is doing is to avoid war at all cost.
Just my humble opinion.

It's mind blowing to think that someone could start firing nukes and look how many countries have them ...... buurrrrr!

Please have a read? Let me ask you, if you will, was if necessary to have this war, or would you rather be under the control of the Iron Red Curtain?

Hi Cygnus,

Mr. Cowface told me you like bats and dinos? I find them very interesting conversation. Sometimes I find talking about the simple things in life is better, what do u think?

I think I like most conversations except this is not the place for anything else but politics.

We can go to your thread, if you wish?

With his golfing and campaign rallies Trump isn't spending any  time worrying
about anything going on in the world.

I couldn’t agree more. He seems very detached from everything except himself of course.

Right, so if Harry Truman hadn't taken on Korea, no one else would have and everyone would live happily ever after.

So let's look at S Korea, a major global player in nearly all matters that count.

Now let's look at N Korea__hah LMAO, there is nothing to look at.

In the end China will solve the Korea mess with quickness and great ease, if it chooses to.  Until then the US will continue flirting for the sake of politics.
