Another thing will Bill Gates digging wells ... if you as a nation can't figure out how the eff to dig and bore your own effing holes in the ground ... as if this is some advanced futuristic technology and your cultural expectation is to sit around and die of thirst until some rich nerd from America ponies up money to dig you a well, you are royally effed as a people and there isn't jack shyte all the money in the world could do to fix this.
