I haven't had a mortgage since I was in my 20's. I bought this ranch with a cashier's check... the way grown-ups do.
I got a 3.25 rate. I can make more investing money than paying off my mortgage. That's how people who know the power of compound interest think. Sh 1t last ten years I have gotten ridiculous returns. 20 percent ... insane ... as long as you aren't over extended I have no plans to pay off my main home mortgage early. I could. I am investing all that money I said ... gonna keep 10k on hand in bank and rest is gonna work for me.
