Sorry but that's not true except maybe a couple were younger than 17, perhaps 16 but most of the known victims were 17.
They were all troubled young ladies which probably explains why they weren't attending school.
I've been all over Palm Beach County there are are plenty of trailer parks, Sect 8 apartments and dogpatch neighborhoods.
Not sure where the news folks are getting their info, perhaps the victim's attorneys who have 563 million rea$ons to lie.
I would say that any teenage girl who saw the money he had would rather be with someone like that than live in a trailer, section 8, or homeless.
