Moron, if you don't vote, you don't have a right to complain about how government is ran, that is not really giving up freedom of speech but if you don't vote, you have given up the right to exercise your right to complain in a way. You don't have to be an obtuse dumbass but you sure are. Or maybe you are just being an obtuse bitch who doesn't understand that the right to vote should be taken seriously and one should vote in all elections no matter whether it is local, state or federal levels.
