It did, but there was more that says otherwise, but I suppose talking points are all you have.

While I’ll acknowledge that this is opinionated, however, this does not negate the fact how it presented the facts that shows Trump was not even close to being “hard on Russia” when in fact Trump had a hard-on for Putin and his Russian government.
