Why open up to the public and tarnish him further. All you really are doing is ruining a memory and hurting the family.
Personally I always thought he was guilty, but that is just my thought.
Cases against a deceased person can come back up and haunt that person's legacy but I am more in belief of what you say and a dead man cannot defend him/herself. There are dead people who looked great on the surface and crimes against person are not revealed until after death even years after..
As far as MJ, I had not followed this story, I grew up listening to his music but I was no fan of him bleaching his skin and spending too much time with children...
