Any machinery could be considered dangerous. I was driving a tractor on the highway at 12. And now, we are letting 15 year olds get there permit and so 16 they are driving a vehicle which could be considered dangerous machinery and it is allowed. 16, they get pulled over and charged, they go to adult court on driving.

Yes. It was nothing to see a 14 year old driving a tractor on the road from one field to another. The same here in Florida. You can get a farmers permit to drive on the roadway at age 14. I worked on a farm at 14, although I didn't have to operate machinery. That came later at 15 driving a jeep pulling a golf ball retriever at a driving range. Yes, they do try to target you.  :D

They put it up with lifts. I wonder with they're using scaffolding to take it down.
It sounds like they're speaking Spanish. Maybe trump will send ICE to stop them.

True. I was referring to why juveniles are charged as an adult in some cases.
He needs 20 years to think about what he did...IMO.

I have no idea why you are arguing about tractors and killing people, lmao.

You can't be put away for murder if you can't drive a tractor.  ;D

You would probably not get on a jury here as you would not be impartial. Both sides want impartial jurors. By the way, juveniles who commit petty crimes don't get a jury trial, often they have charges diverted through a diversion program and charges dismissed. They never have a jv record.

Oddly enough, you will always have a "record" the paperwork never just goes away.

I have done jury duty several times, many, if not most, folks on a jury don't belong there.  Couple quick quotes from fellow jury members I served with. " if the police arrested them, they must be guilty"  "If they are black they are surely guilty"

And the guy who slept beside me for 3 days wakes up and says me whats going on. Then when a photo was passed around I
showed the rest of the jury why the cops were lying. The sleeper and I both were chosen as alternates and excused.

Judge Rejects Bid To Stop UFC Fight

The appointee of former President Barack Obama concluded that the two plaintiffs do not have the legal right — known as “standing” — to challenge the event. As a result, he made no ruling on the legality of the planned fight.

But he nonetheless acknowledged the administration’s claim that a ruling halting the event would cause substantial harm to the people involved in the event, including Trump, the fighters and thousands of spectators.

“And then there is the $60 million that the UFC and UFC-affiliated organizations have expended to put on the event,” the judge wrote. “The potential loss of those dollars resulting from a last-minute, court-ordered stoppage cannot be ignored.”

Sounds good.
  Trump said signing date TBD.
Said to be in stages where if Iran meets commitments then US gives them concessions-relief from sanctions

Trump says U.S.-Iran deal is close; Pakistani PM says ‘final, agreed upon text’ reached
After threatening to attack Iran “very hard” yesterday, the U.S. president called off new strikes and said a deal to end the war could be signed this weekend.
After new strikes between Iran and the U.S., Trump said the countries are finalizing a deal to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

According to a senior administration official, the current terms of the deal include:

Reopening the Strait of Hormuz and lifting the blockade.

Dismantling of Iran’s nuclear program, with the U.S. destroying enriched material on-site and taking it out of the country.

A guarantee of “a long-term peace in the region.”

The official added on the background call with reporters that, contrary to some speculation, Iran would not get a payment for signing the deal, but instead would “get rewarded economically for complying with their obligations under the deal.”

“So, if they turn over the nuclear material as promised, they’ll get something,” the official said. “If they dismantle their nuclear program or their nuclear facilities, they’ll get something else if they, you know, really commit to regional peace and stability. They’ll get additional things on top of that.”

Would a lawn mower be considered dangerous machinery?  :)  Farm equipment?
Most parents allow their kids to use far more dangerous equipment such as a smart phone or a computer.....  Without a single thought about their security or harm or safety...

On a background call with reporters, a senior administration official characterized the Iran deal as “80, 85%” done, and said leaders “expect to be signing this agreement over the next few days.”

“I feel very good about this deal,” the official said. “I think the president has got us in a very good spot. The negotiating team has got us in a very good spot. But let’s see here. We’re not quite at the finish line yet, but we are very close.”

The official also hinted at some lingering disagreements among key decision-makers.

“Most of the people who have authority within their system want to sign this deal,” the official said, “but not everybody.”

Iranian and Israeli officials are, like Trump, suggesting that a deal is on the way.

“The Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding has never been closer,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on X. “Pending its finalization, the media should refrain from entering speculation about its content.”

The Israeli minister of defense, Israel Katz, wrote on X that Trump “is currently leading toward an agreement with Iran out of a view of American interests, including the shared interest with Israel — to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons — and we expect him to uphold this principle and additional principles in the realm of missiles and terrorist proxies.”
