Any machinery could be considered dangerous. I was driving a tractor on the highway at 12. And now, we are letting 15 year olds get there permit and so 16 they are driving a vehicle which could be considered dangerous machinery and it is allowed. 16, they get pulled over and charged, they go to adult court on driving.
Yes. It was nothing to see a 14 year old driving a tractor on the road from one field to another. The same here in Florida. You can get a farmers permit to drive on the roadway at age 14. I worked on a farm at 14, although I didn't have to operate machinery. That came later at 15 driving a jeep pulling a golf ball retriever at a driving range. Yes, they do try to target you.
