Another thing is, people who are better off financially can afford to buy a house in a nice school district if they are moving or if the public school in their area they already live in is so bad such that they need these vouchers to send their kids to decent school and the only choice is a private school.
Every person who is more off than most does this. Everyone.
There is almost no need for these vouchers. It's just giving money to people who are more well off while punishing those who aren't.
