It's even worse than that, because a lot of these public schools have an infrastructure already built before the law changes. They still have to pay to maintain it and heat and cool it, regardless of whether they are getting less money cause it's going to well off families who weren't gonna be sending their kids there anyway, regardless of vouchers or not.
