Yes that is what happens when the government, from the cop on the street to the fool in the White House, violates rights and breaks laws. The perps do not pay, the tax payers do. We need to fix that, don't you agree?
Their free speech rights were violated. The problem is other speech isn't permitted at all. Fix that and then there is a diversity of thought and ideas.
