I have 30 inch waist jeans, when I get in shape. I have a whole wardrobe from 29 inch to 36 inch ... maybe 38. I would never buy 40 inch waist pants. Every time I have even gotten close to that fat, I go on a crash course. No alcohol and lots of running.
That's funny...it's not even about "fat", be healthy. I eat healthy but pasta and potatoes found themselves back in to my diet. I don't eat processed sugars or processed anything for that matter. I can give up bread but potatoes or pasta...
