NC - was reading your diet/drinking struggles. I went Keto a week ago. I've been walking/hiking sometimes running 4 miles a day. I've been dancing around the same weight for 6 months and decided I needed to do something drastic. I lost 6 lbs in a week. I won't do this for more than 2 months. Everything tastes awful. Keto breath. Ugh....

The first week is like that for me.  Usually first 3-4 days I am down 3-4 pounds, just from water retention.  I have to take vitamins and magnesium and potassium when I run.  I struggle with that even when I am not running.

The days go by slow, but the years go by fast.
