No, you foolishly paid for other people's retirement with all the money that they took out of your paycheck for social security.  That's how the program is structured.  The money current payees contribute is used to pay the benefits to current benefit recipients.

You should have demanded that the government let you fund your own damn retirement when you were working, instead of happily paying for other people's retirement with your money.

I have been retired for over 40 years and I do quite well whether I receive Social security or not...As a matter of fact I have not spent one dime of the social security I have received and instead have invested it... You don't see me pitching a bitch over social security or health care here like the rest of you Democrat socialists so don't lecture me about the collective stupidity y'all have...  Y'ALL want health care? THEN GO OUT AND EARN IT, DAMMIT!
