I have not followed the case nor seen the testimony.

But you know where I stand on charging minors as adults.

I do but the law states differently especially when a child is old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. Had there been a degree of insanity that would be different but since there has not been proven any insanity issues than charge them as an adult.
