Great news, Kentucky. We’ve been notified that the U.S. Department of Agriculture will fully fund SNAP benefits for the month of November. These funds help feed Kentucky families who need it most, and they should never have been delayed. I was proud to join a multistate effort to release these funds in full. From the miracle of the fishes and the loaves, we’re called to feed our people and take care of one another. In Kentucky, we will always lead with love.
See here the notice said would be fully funded.
That should be end of it.
How can you couple hours later say no we're not. We're still trying to have court say we don't have to.

I hope Justice Jackson's ruling from the 1 member of the court that could handle administration's emergency request isn't indication of how she'd rule on case if got back to them.
