That was Kookoo's schtick. I have been to her boards after I met her and they were nothing to write about, just a handful of people and their way of doing things were outdated ( just like their forum system) by then, such as personal email, the PM on Topix was a better mode of communication and the iphone and ipad, formerly the laptop enabled many of us to post wherever we wanted. They came late to that game. I do not use email anymore except to register and no longer confined to a huge PC in the living room, been that way for awhile. I think Kookoo figured it out in 2015 that is was possible to post elsewhere and that technology been around for awhile.

I had imagined that group posting from an old desktop somewhere deep in their mom’s basement. The idea of being able to post from nearly anywhwere completely evaded them.
