Sort of but one doesn't cause damage or change things and just travels.... totally undetectable with current technology.....anywhere in cyberspace to see anything one wants to see from anyone or any organization...There are only a few...
Sure this goes on all the time, like when they read everyones browsers, collecting data on everyone. Data gets sold, its worth alot of money.
And peoples privacy is invaded. Thats why I wont bank online, or hand out my ss number on any forms online. That is dangerous. There should be a law against it. But corporations ae getting away with it like they get away with everything else, screwing people left and right.
Forget virus protection, the people making the virus protecion are the same people that create the viruses.
Virus protection is a crock, hackerws get right through it.
