Old Topix could have been the best social media site ever. It could have been better than Twitter, Instagram...whatever. But it was completely ruined by trolls. I was on my thread there for years talking to the same group of people. But it was non-stop trolling, sock puppets, spoofing other people's screen names. It ruined it for everyone. I will never understand what motivates a person to be a troll. It's not like they are children. They are grown men (usually).
