I blame the kids more than the others, there were over 30 of threm and about a handful of other haters and native Americans and those are kids around 15-18 years old and they are a bunch of tough guys and bullies in that group, why adults want to undersestimate their abilities and proclaim them "victims" is beyond me. That group caused the problems as well as the chaperones who were not taking control of the group. My feeling is they provoked the situation and a few witnesses came out saying the same thing.
I agree. Whether or not they instigated the altercation, they were being little shits the whole time they were there. They're teenagers. It's what they do. There was another video shot while they were in Washington, one that hasn't really made the media rounds, which proves IMO that most of those kids were just there to get a rise out of whomever they could.

I am not sure why the adults involved would expect these kids to behave any differently in public if this is the way that they are allowed to behave at school functions.
