They were a "Top Secret" group who's main goal was to clean up Topix. Of course, that was before Topix got just down right filthy. Hahahahaha Most of the members were very young. I have no idea if HG was in that group or not. A lot of people wouldn't actually admit to being affiliated with them. All in all, it was an oddity at best.

I dont think he was weepy, that was about 8 years ago, there was only a few and they vowed to clean up topix, like icno said, it was funny stuff.
