I believe there were several people who were sued for either making threats of bodily harm to someone or telling people to go kill themselves.

There were cases in Texas and NY as well. Also there was an issue in Williamson, WV involving a judge who got imprisoned as Williamson Topix was where they got the news about him and the judge went after Topix but was too late. Forgot all the issues involved, murder, infidelity, etc....
