Why you kick him out cause of your drinking?
We don't drink unless you count water and Sprite Zero, idiot. It is usually the goal of young adults to move out. He could have stayed if he wanted too and we wouldn't have cared. Our daughter is 19 and still living with us and she will go back to college in the fall, he chose to enter into the work force which we are proud of both of our kids and what they do. I am sure you are a huge disappointment to your parents. Again, I would explain it more but seeing as you have no kids you don't get it. You truly are a dumbass. So moron, he wasn't kicked out, another assumption you make and making an ass out of yourself.
What is even more astounding is you don't say one word about NC and his son being the age, weight and height his son is and you want make assumptions about ours. All you are doing is making an ass out of your assuming so since you have made the claim that I drink, prove it. We all know you can't.

It has been cloudy here all day and storms are fixing to roll in.

We are done on the lake.  Going home to make gyros and my son has a 3 hour drive for work tomorrow.  He works 10 hour days and comes home on Thursday night.

Sounds good. We are having steaks. Our son works 12 hour shifts during the week. We only get to see him on Saturdays and Sundays when he gets off at 3pm. He usually works from 6am'-6pm or sometimes later during the week.

This is what the winner of the war is getting.

Iranian state media Mehr News has now published what it claims is the draft agreement with Trump. Here are the terms they claim is in the deal:
•  A permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
•  The United States and its allies would be required to present reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion.
•  A U.S. commitment not to interfere in Iran’s internal affairs and to respect the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
•  Full lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days.
•  A U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from areas surrounding Iran.
•  Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under arrangements determined by Iran.
•  Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and related derivatives, along with full Iranian access to the resulting financial revenues.
•  A 60-day negotiation period aimed at reaching a final agreement covering nuclear issues and the complete removal of U.S. primary and secondary sanctions, as well as the repeal of relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors.
•  Reaffirmation by Iran of its commitment under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons.
•  During the negotiation period, the United States would commit not to deploy additional forces to the region and not to impose any new sanctions.
•  The release of $24 billion in frozen Iranian assets during the 60-day final negotiation period. Half of this amount must be made available to Iran before negotiations begin.
•  Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to oversee implementation of the agreement.
•  The final agreement would be approved through a UN Security Council resolution.
•  Final negotiations would not begin before the release of half of Iran’s frozen assets, the suspension of oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade.
•  The final agreement would focus exclusively on the future of enriched nuclear material and uranium enrichment, sanctions relief, and a program for rebuilding Iran’s economy. Discussion of Iran’s missile program and its support for resistance groups would be definitively excluded from the agenda.

I've not seen that much detail Pete.
What do hear is Pakistan Foreign Minister says a deal is now complete that does including cessation of hostilities in Lebanon. That's important.
US is good with it. Still Iran has not said they agree though Pakistan believes they have
Signing is supposed to be in Switzerland on Friday.
At that point the 60 days would begin.

As far as how much enriched uranium Iran would send out of country, how much willing to down blend in country, how much sanctions relief, what Iran wants call war reparations they'd demand all those things would have to be negotiated in the 60 days.

Hegseth hedged earlier today. He said Hormuz open immediately but blockade remain in effect awhile and later said process of re opening begin immediately.
If mines in it that needs to be cleared.

Sort of looks like dream list for Iran above. For one  I doubt US agreed to any $300 billion in war reparations.  What was sanctioned was $24 billion.

Trump says Iran and US have reached deal to stop war
The agreement reopens the Strait of Hormuz, but other details are unknown.

Listing Trump's Truth Social post

“The Deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Congratulations to all! I hereby fully authorize the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz, and, simultaneously herewith, authorize the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade. Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!”

It’s not yet clear whether the deal includes an agreement by the Iranians to abandon their nuclear program and allow its enriched uranium to be removed from the country, as Trump has demanded.

Top Iranian officials have not yet commented publicly on the deal. But Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, whose country has helped mediate talks, also said a deal was reached and there will be an official signing ceremony in Switzerland on Friday.

An agreement has been reached between the United States and Iran, President Donald Trump and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced Sunday, with Iranian state media broadcasting the announcement.

Sharif made a similar announcement minutes before Trump’s statement.

“Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED,” Sharif said on X.

He continued, “Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.”

A signing was scheduled for Friday in Switzerland, Sharif said.

No other details of the agreement were immediately available. The White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Kazem Gharibabadi, the deputy foreign minister of Iran, said a memorandum of understanding is complete and the U.S. naval blockade against Iran will end Sunday night, according to Iranian state media.

“The immediate and permanent end of war and military operations on various fronts, including Lebanon, will be announced from tonight,” Gharibabadi said, according to semi-official state news agency Tasnim.
