I don't even want to or need to carry any weapons.  My son now has 3 guns.  He just got his conceal carry.  He wears it loaded on his hidden holster.

It is the degree of felony in Kentucky and it is at age 14.Class A or B felony which is the most severe and then C or D if one has had previous felonies.  A 12 year old could commit class A felonies and not be certified as an adult.
