Point is, if none of them have heart problems, I am the last out of anyone who could.  Even my hulk bro, lifts when he works out.  I usually just run.  When I was living in Colorado, I'd lift 3-4 days a week, run the other days.  He hadn't seen me for a year and asked if I was taking steroids when he did.  I was hardly lifting too.
I'm pushing 200 lbs , I don't like that weight.
