No. I never go to the dr, unless I have to. I am pretty healthy and look younger than I should, as I have said. I can still kill myself on the treadmill, running distance. I always try to increase my pace too as the weeks go by. Everyday, I try to run faster and/or further. I have learned to take it easy the first week. You gotta build up.
I naturally eat once a day too. Eating 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, would never do that. That's too much food. Fasting has been shown to be healthy too. I do it almost every day.
