Oh my... I survived.
I am going dry for a few weeks, until I have an occasion, and going to start running. Then I am going dry again. I am starting to feel it. I need to lose some fat. I haven't gained much since I was running regularly. I usually give it all back and am 20-30 pounds heavier than I am now, when I start.
I was gonna start running last week, but figured with 4 days at the beach, it would all be a waste.
