I can't sleep late anymore. No matter what. I thought cutting back on drinking would help. I don't wake up at 3 AM for two hours, but still don't sleep good.
I have always been a fan of naps. What's nice since I am up so early working, by noon, I can have 6 hours in. So, I can rest and work a few hours later. Or if I am up at 6 and in 2-3 hours of meetings rest for an hour or 2 at 9 or 10. Then work. I am okay working at 8 PM-1 Am. I value flexibility and since I work with people all over the world, in different time zones, I kind of need it.
Not sleeping ends up in serious brain issues.
