Too hot.  I have an adapter dial from the propane tank and can lessen the gas that even gets to the oven.  Then I have a dial on my oven.  I need to lower the gas pressure, even from the tank.  It's a fine line, especially when I haven't I haven't cooked pizzas for 6 months.

It's a lot of work pizza night.
