And I don't know why it failed.  The coating may just suck.  Might not have dried and cleaned the surface, Cleaning chemicals may have effected the bond. The lame attempt at killing the huge algae bloom might have done it

Any which way, it is yet another failed trump job.  Can you imagine what a mess is being made of his ballroom?  14 million might be the cheapest failure we get from trump.

You'd think someone in that line of business and given a job that big and important,would know how to do the job properly and not be a clown show.
