My son actually called it before I called them. He said that was probably your last payment and you probably owed a bit more. I said that's stupid to send people a letter like that. Now this lady has to do extra work. She said her department can't even process payments of less than $50 ... so now she has to waste someone else's time. I hope that's was a mistake and not how they regularly do business. It's confusing and just creates more work. I said I would have been fine if they just held my title for 1 more month and auto-charged me the $6 next month.
