That is not a bad price.   I know it seems like a lot but felling and cleaning up is a lot of work.

Here they generally go from the top down just to avoid expensive Oopsies.

That's what I told my son.  It's not an emergency right now and I have a lot of projects that I need to spend money on.

My kids said I should go back to tracking all my monthly expenses in excel.  I paid off the jet ski this month, at least.
