Just announced afternoon

Starting Friday morning there will be 10% of air flights cut at 40 major airports due to stress on system and for safety.
Some air traffic controllers saying don't have enough money to put gas in car to come to work
Move for safety
  The list of airports isn't even announced but Duffy says will be tomorrow
