The only surprise election for me was Virginia's attorney general.
A candidate truly with good reason to vote against won but how big the blue wave was. I'd just not voted in that race for either.
He won but Only by 5% unlike governor won 15%

Lesser mentioned in state house a pickup of 13 seats from 51 to 64 the largest Democratic majority in 30 years.
