David Parker Ray, known as the "Toy Box Killer," was a convicted kidnapper and torturer, and a suspected serial killer believed to have murdered as many as 60 women in New Mexico and Arizona. He earned his nickname from a soundproofed truck trailer, which he called his "Toy Box," that he converted into an elaborate torture chamber.
