I find this subject interesting on serial killers. Been researching info on them for years. Alot of them make mistakes on purpose so the cops find them. They cant turn themselves in or stop, alot of serial killers said they cant stop killing, so get sloppy so the cops catch them.

I think Jeff wanted to get caught, he got sloppy. He had an addiction to kill.

Reminds me of a move, cant think of it now. Its about a serial killer that was addicted to killing.

Wrong,Gacy was never in the military so there goes that theory. Try researching instead of assuming he was. Because being involved in politics doesn't make one in the military.  He would have been denied due  to his weight and heart condition that he had.
