Humans Controlling Weather

Is this possible yet?

If it is could be a good thing controlling Earthquakes and tornados and such.

Could be a bad thing if corrupt leaders in the world use this technolgy to destroy the Earth to their advantage.

It's True When You Rise in The Morning And Look Into The Sky And See Many Jet Streams, its chemicals The Government Is Spraying To Gain Control Of The Weather As They Try And Play God By Controlling The Weather, However they are just increasing that bad weather conditions and playing into the Climate Change They Keep Ramming Down The Throats Of Americans

I believe it. The Climate Cults are evil. They will do anything including destruction to the world to make a buck.
