I had to make this as a Salad Pred back in 1985, from scratch! We worked our butts off keeping up that salad bar. Always came home smelling like a salad. 3.35 hr. the minimum wage hasn't gone up that much since then. Still 7.50 in Pa. WOW !! in 2025.
