I expect the Pats myself, right now 14-7 but not yet defined to be in Pat's hands yet. They may have difficulty at KC. I expect the Saints to win but will be a better game than the 48-7 game they had earlier in Season.

Right now Eagles are the NFL's hottest team and beat the Rams in LA. Wonder what Foles can bring to this game against Saints

To add to this, my doubts about the Chiefs has more todo with their historyof a choke mentality, this is only the 2nd AFC title game after the merger in 1970. Chiefs won SB IV year before merger and were an AFL franchise, not NFL, I know you know that as well. I was way to young to remeber that SB. Chiefs were the most successful AFL franchise but not the case in NFL.

Chiefs had several years in the past couple decades with a near prohibitive favorite but could not win as the top seed inthe Div round. They remind me ofthe old Houston Oilers, they had unstoppable teams in reg season but cannot. Win in playoffs, took them to move to Nashville to get to the SB.

Yes they are, I mostly watched the AFL and was a Raiders fan until 68 when the Bengals were born.

Technically SB V with Colts and Cowboys was the real Super Bowl I as it was the first SB solely under the NFL banner but made an agreement to granfather the four  SBs played against two best teams from the rival football leagues. NFL and former AFL teams did not play regular season games until the merger in 1970.

I was a Redskin fan until the birth of the Carolina Panthers, I lived in NC when awarded that franchise and was a big deal to the city and the region and shared into all that.
