I do love Texas...except for the politics. The food, the climate, and the culture suit me just fine.

Beautiful day here, Mark! Actually talked to my boss about a retirement date today. Signing the papers to buy my wife a house in a few weeks and retiring for good (this time) in 18 months.

Yes we are Mark. I didn’t want to buy a house because I wasn’t sure we’d stay in Texas, but we’ve been here for 10 years, so I guess we are staying.

Actually, we’ve been renting the house we are buying for 4 years. So we won’t even have to move.
